The gospel music community is in mourning following the reported death of Ifunanya Nwangele, a gifted and fast-rising gospel singer.
According to reports, Ifunanya was bitten by snakes while she slept in her home. Neighbors later identified the snakes as cobras and killed them. She was rushed to a nearby hospital; however, anti-venom was reportedly not administered in time, and she sadly passed away.
Her death has sparked renewed concern and reflection, especially as medical cases show that timely intervention can often lead to survival in venomous snakebite incidents. The tragedy underscores the critical importance of rapid emergency response and access to lifesaving treatment.
