VENO TV FROM THE PULPIT THIS IS THE END TIME – PASTOR PRINCESS VENISA OJO A.K.A OMO OBA JESU DECLARES
Date: 27-06-26

Pastor (Princess) Venisa Ojo, popularly known as Omo Oba Jesu, has urged Christians to remain steadfast in God despite the challenges confronting Nigeria, declaring that the present generation is living in the end times.
The cleric made the declaration while speaking as a guest on VENO TV Saturday Tonic, where she encouraged believers to anchor their faith on Psalm 37, stressing that God will ultimately judge the wicked and preserve the righteous.
Quoting from Psalm 37:1-5, she said believers must not be troubled by the apparent success of evildoers because "they shall soon be cut down like the grass and wither as the green herb."
According to her, the insecurity and banditry currently troubling Nigeria will not last forever because God's judgment will surely prevail.
"Trust in the Lord, do good, delight yourself in Him and feed on His faithfulness. Don't allow anyone to threaten or intimidate you because you are serving the Living God," she declared.
Pastor Venisa described the present age as the end time, urging Christians to live every day with eternity in view.
"I live my life as though I may die the next minute. My greatest desire is not to miss heaven. Anything that will not please God, I refuse to do it," she said.
Using her personal experience, she encouraged Christians to appreciate God's natural creation rather than pursuing worldly standards of beauty.
She disclosed that she deliberately stopped using skin-lightening creams and now relies on simple skincare with cocoa butter and petroleum jelly.
"God has already given everyone beauty. We should maintain the skin He gave us instead of destroying it. Many people who abuse bleaching creams may later regret the effects on their bodies," she warned.
She maintained that her greatest pursuit is no longer physical appearance but the Kingdom of God, reminding believers that "old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."
Speaking on the life of Job, Pastor Venisa noted that Satan remains the source of many afflictions faced by God's children. She urged families to remain faithful to God, explaining that every individual will ultimately give account of his or her own life before God.
"I always remind my children that everyone will carry his or her own cross on the day of rapture," she stated.
The preacher also warned Christians against cursing people, insisting that vengeance belongs to God alone.
"When someone offends you, don't curse the person. Take the matter before God, the righteous Judge. Tell Him, 'Father, I place this matter on Your table. Judge it Yourself.' God is a God of justice," she said.
She explained that jealousy often gives birth to hatred and persecution, citing Psalm 37:32-34, which says the wicked watch the righteous and seek opportunities to destroy them.
However, she assured believers that God will never abandon His children.
"The Lord will not leave the righteous in the hands of the wicked. Wait upon the Lord, continue in His way, and He will exalt you at the appointed time," she encouraged.
Referring further to Psalm 37:37-40, Pastor Venisa reminded listeners that the end of the upright is peace, while the end of the wicked is destruction.
She concluded by praying that God would grant His people the grace to live like Christ, avoid cursing others, and remain faithful until the end.
"May God give us the wisdom to always do what is right. Where Your grace will not take us, Lord, let us never go there. Give us the grace to live like Christ and to overcome evil with good, in Jesus' Name. Amen."
